I first came to Boulder from New York in 1976, drawn by the mountains and ultimately captivated by the lifestyle and sunshine. I earned my degree in Business with a concentration in Real Estate from the University of Colorado and became a licensed Real Estate Broker in 1978. Since then, I've spent over 47 years helping buyers and sellers navigate the Boulder area real estate market with confidence and success.

In addition to my work in real estate sales, I'm also a licensed General Contractor and Developer. I've built and developed subdivisions, and constructed over 80 custom and semi-custom homes throughout Boulder and the surrounding communities.

After living in North Boulder for 47 years, I now call Louisville home and continue to serve clients throughout the Boulder County.
